Kathryn is a fully qualified complementary therapist in the Lake District, Cumbria offering a range of holistic massage and reflexology.

It was the wonderful scents of essential oils and their therapeutic properties that attracted Kathryn to aromatherapy with a worldwide trip opening her mind further to what the natural world has to offer she was eager to learn more. Motherhood led her to discover that so many products, designed for babies delicate skin, contain some nasty chemicals as do many skin care products we use as an adult. So Kathryn decided that there are more natural ways and so it gave her even more reasons for me to explore further into complementary therapies.

She completed a level three diploma in Complementary Therapies consisting of an intense study of the anatomy and physiology, Swedish massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. Then went on to further studies in Indian Head Massage, oncology reflexology, massage therapies & Holistic Facials and become a practitioner of the Functional Reflex Therapy supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and adults with high levels of anxiety and stress, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, intellectual difficulties, neurological disorders and communication issues.

Kathryn is always reading, keeping up to date with complementary therapy practices and attending workshops because she wants to offer you the best treatment she can give.
