Join our therapist, Laura Clare, to celebrate World Sound Healing Day, as people all around the globe join together in a toning on 14th February, St Valentines Day.

This event is a session introducing you to Chakra Toning through Sound Healing, with all levels of experience welcome. 

We will explore simple vocal toning using vowel sounds. NO SINGING EXPERIENCE is required and you can hum or simply bathe in the sounds made by the group if you prefer. 

The session ends with a universal sound "ah" which ripples around the whole planet on this day each year. 

This is a single session, held at the relaxing riverside space of Synergy Health Kendal, and costs £15.00 per person. Concessions available on request. Free parking on site.
